A 60-minute long, fixed shot taken from the 13th floor of Condominio Insurgentes, capturing the northwest view overlooking Avenida Insurgentes in Mexico City during peak traffic hours from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The footage was recorded on the day that commemorated the 200th anniversary of Mexican independence. The video features a captivating static frame where the sounds of the bustling street and subtle movements are barely audible. The prominent feature within the frame is a counterclockwise-moving pinwheel decorated with the colors of the Mexican flag, which serves as one of the few temporal markers. The soundtrack was made by rearranging the musical notes of the Mexican National Anthem, originally composed by Jaime Nunó in 1854.
